Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of themissionbeyond.com and The Roll Call membership, operated by Mindfulness Medic LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, doing business as Mission Beyond ("we," "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist or membership, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Coaching and education, not therapy

Mission Beyond provides coaching and educational content. It is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or legal or financial advice, and it doesn't replace any of them. Jason Warn is a coach, not your therapist or physician. If you need clinical care, please see a licensed professional.

If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S., or call 911. Do not wait for a coaching call.

No guarantees

We share what has worked for us and for others, but results depend on your effort, circumstances and choices. We can't and don't promise any specific outcome for your marriage, health, finances or life. You are responsible for your own decisions.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't obligate you to buy anything. The dates we publish, including the waitlist close date, early access, public enrollment and go-live, are our commitments and we'll do everything we can to keep them. If we ever have to change one, we'll tell everyone on the waitlist by email.

The Roll Call membership

• What it is. A monthly membership that includes live group calls, a library of past calls and materials, and access to an online community.
• Price. The founding rate is $99 per month. It is locked for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price in effect at that time applies. Founding enrollment ends Nov 6. After that the regular price is $149 per month, and we may change the price for new members in the future.
• Billing. Memberships renew monthly and are billed through our payment provider at checkout.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time and there are no contracts. Cancelling stops future charges. Fees for a period that has already been billed are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Community standards and confidentiality

The community works because people are honest and safe. Treat other members with respect. What members share in calls and in the community stays there: don't repeat it, screenshot it or post it elsewhere. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares another member's private information, or disrupts the group, and we may end their membership.

Our content

The site, the Six Pillars framework, the audit, call recordings and all materials belong to Mindfulness Medic LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell, record, share or publish them without written permission.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and honestly. Don't try to break, overload or misuse it, submit false information, or sign up other people without their permission.

Third-party services

Our site and membership rely on other providers for email, hosting, payments, scheduling and community access. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or practices.

Limits on our responsibility

The site and membership are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Mindfulness Medic LLC and Jason Warn are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or membership, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
