Mission Beyond is operated by Mindfulness Medic LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("Mission Beyond," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use themissionbeyond.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions about any of it: jason@themissionbeyond.com.
What we collect
What you give us.
- When you join the waitlist: your first name, your email address, and your Instagram handle if you choose to add it.
- When you take the Six Pillars Audit: your answers and scores, connected to your email address.
- When you book a call or contact us: the details you enter in the booking form or your message.
- When you become a member: the information our community and payment providers collect at checkout. We don't see or store your full card number.
What we collect automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you request. We may use a privacy-focused analytics service to count visits and see which pages and links bring people to the site. It does not use advertising cookies or follow you across other websites.
What stays in your browser. After you join the waitlist, we keep a small note in your browser's session storage so the Six Pillars Audit knows who you are. It clears when you close the tab.
We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for: your welcome message, launch dates, early access, and updates about The Roll Call and Mission Beyond.
- To follow up personally about your audit results or your questions.
- To message you on Instagram, only if you gave us your handle. We use it to reach out about The Roll Call. Tell us to stop and we will.
- To run the membership, coaching and community once you join.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam, and understand what's working.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run Mission Beyond, and only what they need to do their job:
- Our email service provider, which stores your subscriber information and sends our emails.
- Our website hosting and security provider.
- Our community, payment and scheduling providers, which handle membership access, billing and calls.
- Professional advisors or authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list or a member, and for a reasonable period afterward for records and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
- Stop Instagram messages by telling us in the thread or by email.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing jason@themissionbeyond.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
Third-party links and services
Some pages use forms or links from other services, such as scheduling or payment providers. Those services set their own cookies and follow their own privacy policies, which we don't control.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep the keys to our email system on the server, never in your browser. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Who this site is for
Mission Beyond is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Not a crisis service
Nothing on this site is emergency or clinical care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S., or call 911.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell people on our email list.
